About Jenn – Producer, Baker, and More

Jenn excels at bringing structure to chaos when helping creative teams realise their vision on time, on budget, and with happy/fulfilled people. She stands out for her general enthusiasm combined with diligence and resilience enabling her to ship games and have fun along the way.

Jenn is multi-talented and has taken on many game development roles from game design, to programming, to production and more. During her 15+ years in the games industry, she has shipped 8 large commercial games (consoles, PC, mobile) and over 30 small games (digital, tabletop, and physical games).

Her determination led her to come up with 52 game ideas in 52 weeks and then complete 12 games in 12 continuous months. In 2019 she released the genre-bending Edible Games Cookbook containing 13 diverse tabletop games that you have to actually eat to play. She loves creating games and development environments that foster friendship, curiosity, and challenge.

Jenn currently thrives as a production consultant for small to medium teams during all development stages. She is a comprehensive and compassionate leader who tackles all production issues from long-term planning, to culture building, to pipeline creation/implementation, and more. Jenn answers questions from game developers in her advice column.
