Team Ninja

Sole Developer

A mod of the game Ninja to turn it into a co-op/paired/team game. Players must hold hands with a partner and work as a team to eliminate all the other players. If players release hands, they lose.

Get together 6 or more friends together on a field or large open space. Find a partner. Hold hands with your partner. Each team takes turns to move. If your hands are hit, you are out. Try to get other teams out and be the last person standing.

Team Ninja is a great game to play with a mix of children and adults. Children that are too nervous to play against adults can pair up with an adult. It gives children a great sense that they’re in it together and helps build their own confidence.

The Dragon Whisperers

Game designer, writer, programmer, producer

You and your sibling must save your mother’s life by travelling to the top of a temple guarded by a dragon. The dragon asks questions in pictograms and if you want to be understood you’ll need to reply in pictograms. Luckily you have a dragon dictionary! Unfortunately you only have half of the dictionary. Your sibling has the other half!

You must work sitting next to a friend in the real world to translate what the dragon is saying and determine what you should say in response. If you choose correctly, you will ascend the temple steps and get closer to saving your mother’s life. If you choose incorrectly you will be forced to descend.

The Dragon Whisperers is a two player offline co-op game and requires both of you to have the app installed on your device. One player must select “Player 1” at the beginning, the other must select “Player 2”.

The Will

Game designer, writer, programmer, artist, producer

Your father has died and left some family heirlooms to you and your sister behind locked doors in his study. You must take it in turns to solve his riddles and open the locked doors. When you find something, you can choose to keep it for yourself or share it with your sister. What kind of sister will you be? One who keeps everything for themselves, one who shares only when your sister shares, or one who shares everything?

Choose your playing partner wisely. Your choices will affect how these two sisters get along as they deal with their father’s death. As you play you will discover more about the relationship these two sisters had with their sexist father.

This is a turn-based 2 player point-and-click adventure game. After you have taken your turn, you email a friend so they can continue the game. When they are done, you’ll receive an email and a save game code so you can keep searching the room.

Guesstimate!

Sole Developer

Make a guess/guesstimate under pressure. Players wait until a circumstance presents itself on a road trip and then they need to make a guess to predict a future outcome. Players wait until the outcome plays out and then they compare their guesstimate with the actual result.

The gameplay mechanic will make players tense, because they do not know when they are going to be required to make a split second guesstimate.

A car game that helps you estimate distances and pass the time on long journeys. While driving on a road, attempt to guess the distance between your car and oncoming traffic as measured by cat eye markers mounted on posts on the side of the road.

Players need pay attention to the road and road conditions. When you are the “guesser” you need to wait until the “caller” sees a car. When they do, you’ll have to quickly guess how many markers you will pass before the other car passes you.

Edible Games

Producer, Game Designer, Baker, Author

My edible games are a series of fabulous and delicious food experiences to play with friends and family. Think of it like: tasty treats meet good, old-fashioned fun. Some of them are sweet, others are savoury, and they all have one thing in common — you can eat the pieces! (In fact, it’s required!)

I’m putting a dozen of these games into a cookbook that was successfully Kickstarted in July 2018. One of the games, The Order of the Oven Mitt won the Interaction Award at IndieCade 2016.
